Mobile App Interface Design and Campaign Graphics
Though SoCap Ads is a digital marketing agency, they are a team of visionaries who have even greater aspirations. Zeal Remote is a concept they describe as , “…an [online] community focused on connecting today’s remote workers, travelers, and nomads with the best regional resources, tips, and tricks for effective remote working, pre-trip preparation materials, and immersion into local cultures.” This amazing concept would be accessible from desktop and mobile.
For ZEAL’s Kickstarter Campaign I was tasked with the amazing opportunity of sourcing images, creating ZEAL’s supporting campaign graphics and designing ZEAL’s first rough draft of their mobile app interface within the brand guidelines established by our Art Director.
Mobile App Interface Design
To really sell the idea and concept of ZEAL and get the Kickstarter Campaign approved, it was important for us to demonstrate in a tangible way what it was that potential supporters would get in return for their monetary support. Some of this would go toward giving ZEAL’s current desktop and mobile interface a facelift. To create the new interface designs, I began with my CMO’s hand drawn sketches for his vision and brought them to to life.

Designing a mobile interface was a new challenge for me, something I haven’t attempted since college, but between my recent web design project with SoCap, helpful videos and determination , I was able to tackle this project quickly and confidently. Especially since this initial design was more about showing the potential UI, which is expected to evolve as they take a deeper dive into the UX of the app as well. Below Depicts what I was able to do within a week’s time.
